Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, formulating clinical diagnoses, and collaboratively developing tailored treatment plans.

• Delivering individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy sessions that utilize evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Providing crisis intervention to clients facing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and well-being while developing immediate action plans.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive holistic care and support.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment modalities, and community resources, while advocating for clients' rights and needs.

• Engaging in continuous professional development and training to stay updated with the latest evidence-based practices and therapeutic innovations.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Possess a valid mental health therapy license (either LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Hold a Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related field.
\n
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities in a mental health setting.

• Have a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience working with diverse patient populations.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, establishing rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

• Uphold the highest ethical and professional standards in all aspects of practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with prior experience in a clinical telehealth setting will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms is advantageous, as it enhances the efficiency of service delivery.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, with additional benefits including:
