Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and therapeutic goals of individuals seeking treatment for substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring all strategies align with each patient's recovery journey.

• Deliver engaging individual counseling sessions utilizing effective approaches such as motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioral therapy, focused on empowering patients and promoting behavioral change.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions where patients can share experiences and learn from one another, cultivating a supportive therapeutic environment.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, addiction medicine specialists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to care that addresses all aspects of a patient’s health and well-being.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals struggling with substance use disorders, supporting them through the various stages of addiction recovery. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of substance use disorders, evidence-based treatment methods, and recovery-oriented care.

• Experience in providing both individual and group therapy within the context of addiction treatment.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an emphasis on empathy, active listening, and maintaining professional boundaries.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficiency in utilizing various computer applications relevant to counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 100,000 and 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
