Administrative Grants Specialist

Job Summary We are seeking an Administrative Grants Specialist for a temporary opportunity in Martinez, CA. This role supports contracts, grants, purchasing, procurement, and general administrative operations in a mission-driven public sector environment. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support for contracts and grant administration, including deadline tracking, documentation, correspondence, and record maintenance. Assist with purchase orders, procurement requests, vendor communication, supply ordering, and purchasing documentation. Maintain accurate electronic and paper files for contracts, grants, invoices, procurement records, and related administrative materials. Review purchase requests for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with internal policies and procedures. Track expenditures, budgets, and purchasing activity using spreadsheets and internal systems. Prepare reports, meeting materials, correspondence, and general administrative documents while supporting scheduling and special projects. Compensation and Benefits Pay Rate: $25.00 to $28.00 per hour. Employment Type: Contract/Temporary. Location: Martinez, CA.
