Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and coping mechanisms.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions including individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that outline specific goals and interventions based on assessments and ongoing evaluations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated and holistic care.

• Facilitate therapeutic group sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups designed to foster community and shared learning among clients.

• Offer crisis intervention, perform risk assessments, and develop safety plans for clients in need of immediate support.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal standards to ensure quality and accountability in care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
