Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' needs, concerns, and goals, formulating personalized treatment plans that reflect these insights.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques, empowering clients to tackle obstacles such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or relationship issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients in distress, ensuring their safety and mental health stability during emergencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve clients from diverse backgrounds, each facing unique challenges related to their mental health. The population may include individuals coping with emotional trauma, families managing relationship dynamics, and clients experiencing anxiety and depression. Your role will be instrumental in fostering a supportive space for these clients, helping them improve their quality of life and cultivate resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT in the state of New York is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is between USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
