Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments and intake interviews to determine clients' needs, documenting medical necessity for program entry and treatment planning.

• Research, refer, and advocate for community resources—such as food assistance, childcare support, and healthcare services—to enhance clients’ overall well-being.

• Respond adeptly to crisis situations, including instances of child abuse and urgent mental health emergencies, ensuring that appropriate interventions are implemented promptly.

• Monitor client progress through regular check-ins and follow-ups to assess improvements and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Help clients navigate significant life changes, such as health transitions, relationship challenges, or job loss, offering guidance and support throughout their process of adjustment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
