Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to effectively identify clients' mental health needs, making use of standardized tools and methodologies to inform your treatment planning.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the specific goals and preferences of each client.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions through secure video conferencing platforms, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for clients to express their thoughts and feelings.

• Collaborate with clients to establish realistic therapeutic goals, providing continuous support, feedback, and guidance throughout their treatment journey.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment updates, to ensure seamless client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with children, adolescents, and their families who cope with a range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a LMFT, LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or equivalent credential.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a therapeutic connection with clients in a remote setting.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and understanding toward clients’ experiences and emotional struggles.

• Exemplary organizational and time-management skills, allowing you to effectively manage multiple clients and documentation requirements.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in child and adolescent therapy, with a background in working with diverse populations being highly desirable.

• Proven track record of successfully implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a comprehensive salary, you will receive:
