Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your contributions will be vital to both the team and our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Preferred Experience\n

Preferred candidates will have a minimum of three years of experience in mental health counseling, with a proven track record of delivering successful therapeutic interventions. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
