Chemist for AI Model Training [Remote]

Apply advanced chemistry knowledge to review, validate, and produce high-quality chemical content that trains and improves next-generation AI systems. This remote contractor role focuses on turning real-world experimental and technical chemistry expertise into accurate, well-documented inputs that shape model learning and reasoning. No prior AI experience is required.

• Review and analyze technical chemistry content for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Produce, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, and technical analyses that meet project specifications.
• Assess and fact-check chemical equations, datasets, procedural steps, and analytical results.
• Generate clear explanations of chemistry concepts, mechanisms, and processes at varying levels of complexity for different audiences.
• Provide structured feedback on chemistry-related data and documentation to support model development.
• Collaborate with project coordinators and team members through written and verbal communication to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelines based on subject-matter expertise.

• Required skills: chemistry domain expertise, experience creating experimental write-ups, technical analysis, scientific data review, chemical data validation, strong written communication, strong verbal communication, attention to detail, ability to explain complex concepts, and experience with remote collaboration.
• Preferred education: BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience producing experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, or technical analyses in academic or industrial settings.
• Strong command of contemporary chemical theory, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
• Ability to convey complex chemical concepts to both experts and non-experts.

• Role type: Independent contractor.

• Rate: $20.00 to $40.00 per hour.

• No prior experience in AI is required, domain expertise is the primary qualification.
