Chemist for AI Model Training [Remote]

As a Chemistry Expert, you will leverage your advanced domain knowledge to contribute to innovative projects that train next-generation AI systems. Your expertise will play a crucial role in shaping how models learn, reason, and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input.

• Review and analyze technical chemistry content, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Produce, edit, and validate experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, and technical analyses in line with project requirements.
• Generate detailed explanations of chemistry concepts, mechanisms, and processes tailored to various levels of complexity.
• Assess and fact-check chemical equations, data sets, and procedural steps.
• Collaborate with project coordinators through written and verbal communication to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide structured feedback on chemistry-related data and documentation to support model development.
• Contribute to the creation and refinement of project guidelines based on your subject-matter expertise.

• BSc, MSc, or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience producing experimental write-ups, synthesis reports, or technical analyses in academic or industrial settings.
• Strong command of contemporary chemical theory, laboratory techniques, and analytical methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, emphasizing clarity and technical accuracy.
• Detail-oriented approach to reviewing scientific data, documentation, and procedures.
• Ability to convey complex chemical concepts to both experts and non-experts.
• Experience collaborating in remote or distributed project environments is a plus.

This is a contractor position with remote work flexibility.

Hourly pay ranges from $20 to $40.
