• Develop realistic travel booking scenarios and negotiation approaches for varied customer profiles and destinations.

• Recommend optimizations for sales techniques and upselling strategies within the travel domain.
• Participate in written and verbal project discussions to clarify requirements and share expert perspectives.

• Required skills: customer service, reading comprehension, scheduling, negotiation, and sales.
• Preferred: 5+ years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a closely related travel consultancy role.
• Proven expertise in travel planning, customer service, and sales negotiation.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to provide actionable, constructive feedback.
• Strong reading comprehension for evaluating complex travel scenarios, itineraries, and procedures.
• Familiarity with current travel industry trends, technologies, and global destinations.
• Experience handling diverse customer requests and resolving conflicts with a customer-centric approach.
