Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, including pre-crisis and crisis management strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with clinical teams to implement positive behavior support plans and ensure the highest quality of care.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, and treatment updates promptly and in accordance with regulatory standards.

• Participate actively in agency licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines.

• Establish strong communication channels with state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to promote services and facilitate client access to necessary resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development through attending workshops, conferences, and meetings to remain current in the field.

• Promote the clinic's mission and values in all interactions, ensuring a consistent message across all communication platforms.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director as needed.
