Our East Coast region includes all states south and east of Michigan, excluding Indiana, Kentucky, and Tennessee. We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and manage our East Region .

SUMMARY

Under the general direction of reporting to the National Sales Manager – Laryngectomy Division, the Regional Sales Manager is responsible for achieving targets sales in an assigned region by developing, coaching, and leading a disciplined, high-performing sales team. The Regional sales manager focuses on expanding existing business, developing new customers, and leveraging company resources to exceed sales objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to Territory Sales Managers in a performance-based organization. Implement and ensure Territory Sales Managers are utilizing all sales and competency framework. Develop and maintain business relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and additional hospital staff. Represent Atos Medical at conferences, seminars, and meetings, including occasional weekend coverage. Develop business relationships with referral sources including clients and end-users, with an emphasis on customer retention. Client base includes; surgeons, clinicians, materials management, patients and caregivers. Promote the full Atos Medical product portfolio and instruct on safe and proper product use. Ensure all IT tools, including but not limited to CRM, business warehouse, etc., are adopted and utilized across the team. Maintain a professional and cooperative relationship with all company personnel. Reinforce the need for TSMs to work with the Customer Support Group in qualifying and following through with prospective customers. Share relevant competitive and market intelligence with internal stakeholders. Report any suspected patient harm or product complaints immediately. Manage company property responsibly and ensure appropriate use of company funds. Maintain professional conduct and compliance with company policies and ethical standards. Perform additional duties assigned by leadership.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in related field 3-5 years sales experience in medical device or relevant industry 1-2 years of people management experience, with proven success leading a sales team Must possess valid US driver’s license, own or have leased a late model automobile appropriate for the position, a credit rating acceptable to extensive travel Must be able to meet all hospital credentialing requirements, including applicable medical and vaccination clearances

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master’s Degree in related field Clinical qualifications and experience is a plus 1-2 years of people management experience leading a sales team within the DME or Medical Device industry

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to work in a consultative sales environment, recognize prospects, present products and close sales. Strong selling skills, customer service and relationship-building skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong business acumen, analytical, strategic planning and performance management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and travel independently. High ethical standards with a proactive, results-driven mindset. Demonstrated computer skills relevant to the position including efficient use of internet and email. Employment is subject to a satisfactory background and credit check. Position requires visiting clinicians in a health care facility or provider's office where patients may be present. Tuberculosis screening upon employment and every 12 months based on exposure. Hepatitis B Vaccine is optional Company personnel are NOT authorized to therapeutically touch a patient.

Additional earnings may be achieved by surpassing performance goals. Base compensation will reflect factors such as skills, experience and qualifications.
