Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions, maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and privacy for all clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position specifically targets counseling services for women aged 35-55, who may be experiencing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship dynamics, midlife transitions, and stress management. Your focused expertise will play a crucial role in delivering tailored interventions to help these clients regain control over their mental health and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field.

• An active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license within the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, reflecting a solid understanding of therapeutic concepts and practice.

• Demonstrated knowledge of ethical and legal issues pertinent to the counseling profession.

• The ability to work independently as well as effectively as part of a collaborative team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
