Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy plans for clients.

• Provide a range of therapeutic services, offering evidence-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients in one-on-one therapy sessions, as well as group and family therapy settings, to address their unique mental health needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic client care, maintaining open lines of communication regarding treatment progress and adjustments.

• Document clinical interactions accurately and in a timely manner, complying with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training workshops to stay current with advancements in mental health treatment and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse population, including individuals and families from various backgrounds and socioeconomic statuses. Our clients may be dealing with a wide range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical or community-based setting.

• Demonstrated expertise in therapeutic practices, along with a solid understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health.
