Responsibilities: Conduct follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable to ensure timely payments. Review and analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Communicate effectively with clients and insurance companies to facilitate payment. Maintain accurate records of all follow-up activities and communications. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance efficiency. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable and follow up required. Proficient in using ECW software for billing and accounts management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
