Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions upon intake to determine their rehabilitation needs and progress.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans employing a variety of techniques such as therapeutic exercise, joint mobilization, and neuromuscular re-education to maximize patient mobility and alleviate orthopedic pain.
• Utilize specialized equipment and modalities, such as electrical stimulation or ultrasound therapy, to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Continuously monitor patient progress by documenting treatment responses and necessary adjustments to their therapeutic approaches.
• Provide education and training to patients on exercises, self-management strategies, and the use of assistive devices where appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay informed on the latest advancements in orthopedic rehabilitation and apply current best practices to improve service delivery and patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The role focuses on treating a highly diverse patient population, primarily comprising individuals recuperating from orthopedic surgeries, sporting injuries, chronic pain conditions, and age-related orthopedic issues. Our therapists play a crucial role in crafting individualized approaches that not only address physical rehabilitation but also consider the emotional and psychological aspects of recovery.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program is required.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Proficiency in using digital records and telehealth platforms to manage patient data accurately.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to adapt therapy sessions to meet diverse patient needs.
• Possess a flexible mindset, allowing for responsiveness to the dynamic healthcare environment.

Preferred Experience

• While prior work experience is not mandatory, candidates who have completed internships or clinical rotations in orthopedic settings will be given preference.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

The base salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to USD 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and level of education. We offer an attractive benefits package that includes:
