Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver various therapeutic interventions, including evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, family counseling, and individual therapy, ensuring that each session promotes client engagement and therapeutic progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between $70,000 and $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additional compensation opportunities may be available based on performance. We also provide a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
