Este rol es responsable de asegurar la integridad de los datos, el rendimiento del sistema, la eficiencia de los procesos, la precisión en los informes y el cumplimiento a través de las plataformas de tecnología de recursos humanos. Las actividades relacionadas con IS cumplen con las políticas internas, estándares de privacidad de datos y leyes y regulaciones aplicables. Gestionar relaciones con proveedores de tecnología de recursos humanos y apoyar la prestación de servicios, escalaciones y planificación de la hoja de ruta. Liderar o mentorear a analistas de HRIS u otros recursos de soporte, según corresponda. Responsabilidades Asistir en la gestión de los sistemas y aplicaciones de HRIS. Modificar aplicaciones existentes. Implementar cambios en la cultura y métodos de HRIS. Apoyo directo a las localizaciones de campo. Administrar, optimizar y gobernar los Sistemas de Información de Recursos Humanos. Asegurar la integridad de los datos, el rendimiento del sistema y la eficiencia de los procesos. Garantizar la precisión en los informes y el cumplimiento a través de las plataformas de tecnología de recursos humanos. Cumplir las políticas internas, estándares de privacidad de datos y leyes y regulaciones aplicables. Gestionar relaciones con proveedores de tecnología de recursos humanos. Apoyar la prestación de servicios, escalaciones y planificación de la hoja de ruta. Liderar o mentorear a analistas de HRIS u otros recursos de soporte.
