Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMHC at Reliant Health Center, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.

• Providing crisis intervention and support, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and risk assessments.

• Documenting clinical interactions and outcomes promptly and accurately to meet stringent regulatory and organizational standards.

• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools and methodologies as determined appropriate for various treatment scenarios.
\n
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams—including case managers, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to implement supportive and positive behavior strategies.

• Actively engaging in the licensing and accreditation processes, maintaining compliance with all relevant standards.
\n
• Serving as a liaison between our clients and local service systems, state agencies, and community organizations to ensure holistic support.

• Promoting effective communication within the team and with external partners to uphold our mission in the community.

• Identifying opportunities for new partnerships, alliances, and funding sources to promote program growth and sustainability.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus at Reliant Health Center is to provide care for a diverse range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance use issues, and developmental disabilities. Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
