This role is primarily remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while still being an integral part of our collaborative team. You will engage with clients via telehealth technology, utilizing evidence-based practices to provide care. Flexibility in scheduling is encouraged to support work-life balance, with the expectation of 30-40 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients, addressing various emotional and behavioral issues.

• Create crisis intervention strategies and collaborate in the development of pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, and medication treatment plans.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping.

• Utilize state-of-the-art screening tools as indicated by our clinical team to assess client needs effectively.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement positive behavior support plans that align with client goals.

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to ensure the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison with relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners to enhance client support.

• Establish open communication channels with all stakeholders to meet contract standards and advance the organization’s mission.

• Engage in outreach to local, state, and federal agencies to foster collaboration and secure funding for programs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with mental health disorders, those recovering from substance use issues, and clients with developmental disabilities or brain injuries. This varied client population requires a tailored approach to treatment, focusing on holistic recovery and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution is essential.

• A valid Independent LMHC License issued by the state board is required to practice effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
