This role offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from your own home. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally competent, tailored to each patient’s unique circumstances and needs.

• Provide psychotherapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment.

• Monitor patient's progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans based on their responses and feedback, and document all interactions accurately in electronic health records (EHR).

• Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and community resources to support their recovery.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
