Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illness and/or severe emotional disorders, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop integrated care plans tailored to the individual needs of clients.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions that focus on achieving client's treatment goals.

• Monitor and assess client progress, ensuring that treatment services are effective and aligned with client needs.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to share insights and enhance service delivery strategies.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress reports in accordance with ethical and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to improve personal proficiency and client care practices.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, ensuring safety and support for clients in distress.

• Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and services available through the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a clinician at Northern Health System Counseling, you will primarily serve a diverse population of individuals from various socioeconomic backgrounds, with a focus on those who are often marginalized or do not have access to traditional mental health services. You will work with clients who experience a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-based disorders, and other serious emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
