Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to gauge clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, identifying specific challenges they face.

• Provide individual and group counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Develop and implement personalized service plans that align with clients' goals, tracking their progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Advocate for clients' rights and needs, assisting them in accessing resources and services essential for their recovery and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000.
