Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental and emotional health by evaluating their needs, issues, and goals to create suitable treatment plans.

• Deliver individual therapy sessions, providing support to clients across a spectrum of ages and mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Facilitate couples therapy sessions using effective communication techniques to help couples resolve conflicts, improve their relationships, and enhance mutual understanding.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, aligning the therapeutic approach with their evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and organized documentation of client interactions, ensuring all case histories, progress notes, and treatment plans are up-to-date and compliant with legal regulations.

• Participate in crisis intervention as needed, providing immediate support to clients in distress during emergencies.

• Stay current with advancements in marriage and family therapy, integrating new research and methods into practice to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Advocate for clients’ rights while promoting informed decision-making about their treatment options and wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, children, and families. You will address a variety of issues from emotional disturbances to complex relational dynamics, thereby making a significant impact on their wellbeing and fostering healthier family systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona, with a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong skills in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans that reflect client goals.

• Effective communication skills for collaborating with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
