Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or general accounting
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping procedures
• Knowledge of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes and account reconciliations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.)
• Experience with accounting software and ERP system
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and meet due date
• English required; Mandarin preferred
• College Associate or Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field

Core Responsibility:

• Process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, including invoice verification, vendor setup, and payment processing.
• Process Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions, including customer invoicing, cash application, and account follow-up.
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accounting schedules, reports, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.
• Support internal and external audit requests.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative projects as assigned.
