Our salary range for this role is USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, based on licensure and experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive, strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, taking into account their backgrounds and experiences.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions based on identified needs, integrating evidence-based methodologies to support client growth.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms, adhering to strict deadlines.
\n
• Develop comprehensive crisis intervention plans, safety plans, and relapse prevention strategies tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Create discharge plans that outline continued care and support strategies post-therapy.
\n
• Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws, as well as internal policies, maintaining the highest professional standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through training and continuing education, enhancing your therapeutic skills.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to enhance team collaboration and collective knowledge.
\n
• Achieve and maintain licensure and complete all mandatory training requirements laid out by the organization.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that leads to licensure.

• Current licensure as a mental health therapist (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the State of Illinois.
