In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating a diverse array of clients struggling with mental health challenges. You will utilize our extensive network of referral sources and evidence-based therapies, providing care through both virtual platforms and, when necessary, in-person sessions.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide compassionate, empathetic care to clients, demonstrating a non-judgmental attitude towards individuals facing mental health challenges.

• Act as a Licensed Therapist, diagnosing mental health disorders and developing tailored treatment plans that address individual client needs.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments, psychotherapy, and counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Implement behavior modification strategies and collaborate with case management to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate client progress using data-driven approaches and motivate adjustment of treatment plans as necessary.

• Demonstrate adaptability in therapeutic approaches to accommodate varying client preferences and responses.
\n
• Engage in crisis management strategies when needed, ensuring safety and support for clients in distress.
\n
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry standards, making efficient use of our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing conditions such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention- Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), grief, trauma, and more. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe space for clients to express themselves and work through their mental health challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health counselor or social worker in the state of Washington (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW).
\n
• Demonstrated experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders, with familiarity in multiple psychotherapy modalities.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
\n
• No history of medical malpractice claims, as verified by a third-party provider.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
\n
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and efficiently handle interruptions.

• Experience in a similar clinical setting, with a preference for individuals familiar with community health models.

Compensation and Benefits\n
