Staffing Business Developer (possible hybrid role)
Salary : $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year plus commission Job description: Our Midtown NYC Staffing Service wants to hire a Business Development Associate who has experience with recruiting. We cannot promise a hybrid role at this point in time but it is highly possible for the individual we may hire who demonstrates proven ability.. Ideal candidates will be innovative, determined, and tenacious. Responsibilities will include but not limited to : Oversee aspects of sales, account development and marketing via cold calls, warm calls, and well written emailConduct research to inspire new actionable ideas
Attend related business events
Develop and implement strategic account planning and proposals
Generate new clients and build relationships with clients
