Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide ethical and compassionate mental health counseling through secure video chat platforms.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the needs of clients and develop personalized treatment plans that are tailored to their specific situations.

• Implement progress evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure clients continue to meet their goals.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation with minimal paperwork, allowing you to focus more on client interaction and therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with stable, low-acuity adults who are seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. This role emphasizes building a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients, where holistic approaches to treatment can be effectively communicated and executed.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current independent licensure in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision.
\n
• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with proficient computer literacy to effectively utilize telehealth tools.

• A reliable and stable Wi-Fi connection to facilitate online counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing remote therapy and familiarity with telehealth practices is highly desirable. Candidates with experience in working with diverse populations and those utilizing cognitive-behavioral therapy or solution-focused techniques will be prioritized.
