This remote position allows for a flexible work schedule while maintaining a structured workweek of Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT at The Still Point, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.
\n
• Providing evidence-based psychotherapy to clients, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and family sessions tailored to their unique needs.
\n
• Maintaining precise and timely documentation in accordance with California legal requirements and insurance stipulations.
\n
• Engaging in collaborative case consultations with fellow clinicians and participating in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices.
\n
• Upholding ethical standards of care and safeguarding client confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA and BBS regulations.
\n
• Participating in ongoing clinical supervision, training sessions, and staff development programs to enhance your skills and those of your colleagues.

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, family structures, and life experiences. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A valid LMFT license in California, in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience post-licensure, although associate-level applicants may be considered under certain circumstances.

• Proficiency in various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or trauma-informed approaches.

• Comfort with using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and virtual therapy platforms, such as SimplePractice and Zoom.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are favorable:
