Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, utilizing de-escalation techniques and therapeutic support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in adherence to HIPAA regulations and ethical standards governing practice in the mental health field.

• Participate in regular case conferences and collaborative meetings with multidisciplinary teams comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
