Client Executive 2 (Single Client) Sodexo is seeking a Client Executive for the Hackensack Meridian Health System in Central and North New Jersey. Hackensack Meridian Health is an American network of healthcare providers in New Jersey, based out of Edison. Members include academic centers, acute care facilities, and research hospitals. What You’ll Do Oversee food service operations at 10 HMH health locations Deliver operational excellence by meeting Sodexo service commitments that are Predictable, Reliable, and Repeatable Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations, KPIs, and performance standards Coordinate and direct all account activities including financial performance, policy compliance, and employee development Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital leadership and key stakeholders Partner with Sodexo senior leadership to support client retention and growth initiatives Develop and manage annual business plans and budgets in collaboration with finance leadership Monitor financial performance and drive strategies to maintain strong fiscal outcomes Lead and develop frontline leaders and management teams to ensure strong operational performance Identify opportunities for business development and growth within existing client relationships What We Offer Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate’s education level or years of relevant experience.
