Key Responsibilities\n

• Effectively conduct individual therapy sessions that encourage self-exploration and healing, accommodating clients’ schedules and needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of licensing requirements, actively participating in all accreditation processes to ensure compliance and the highest standards of care.

• Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, including state agencies and community partners, advocating for clients and facilitating access to necessary resources.

• Establish and nurture professional relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to enhance program visibility, identify partnership opportunities, and secure funding sources.

• Engage in continuous professional development through conferences, training sessions, and networking events while representing the organization within various state meetings and committees.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more. Our outpatient program is designed to be flexible, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support while fulfilling their daily obligations. You will play a key role in helping clients foster coping skills and resilience as they navigate their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.
\n
• Possession of an independent license, such as Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least two years of professional experience in a mental health counseling role, demonstrating effective therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Familiarity with record-keeping procedures related to client charts and treatment plans.

• A valid driver’s license and access to insured, reliable transportation to attend meetings as required.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working within community health settings or outpatient therapy programs.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
