Job Title

Candidate will be taking PC hardware break fix calls at various locations. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to pass drug and background screening. Must be able to complete required product training.

General Questions

Full Legal Name (name that appears in driver's license) What name do you prefer to be called by? This position will provide services to customers with government contracts. Extensive driving is a requirement of this position. Are you willing and able to drive 2 to 3 hours to deliver services to one of your customers? The job requires a substantial amount of administrative work, such as filling out paperwork, reporting your time and location many times during the day, and reporting and documenting your activities in the ticketing system for each service call. The dress code for this position is business casual, which means wearing dress pants such as slacks or khakis, a collared shirt (tucked in), and dress shoes. No casual or athletic attire is permitted, which includes jeans, hats, caps, t-shirts, tennis shoes, construction-type boots, un-tucked shirts, hoodies, and thermal sweat shirts.
