Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and couples therapy across a wide range of ages and presenting concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely client documentation, including therapy notes and treatment plans.

• Utilize our billing service to ensure seamless handling of claims, client accounts, and payment plans.

• Schedule ongoing appointments for clients and keep your calendar up-to-date to optimize session availability.

• Assess and respond to various clinical presentations to tailor treatment strategies that meet each client’s unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with individuals and couples from varied backgrounds, many of whom are experiencing complex emotional and psychological challenges related to end-of-life transitions. Your therapeutic interventions will support clients in coping with grief, loss, and other significant life changes, thereby enhancing their emotional resilience and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology or Social Work is required for this role.

• Must possess a valid and active LCSW license to practice independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, plus eligible bonuses. Our therapists are compensated based on an hourly rate, ensuring fair pay for your time and effort.
