Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health status and develop tailored treatment plans focusing on their psychosocial needs within the hospice context.

• Provide therapeutic interventions to clients, helping them cope with grief, loss, and complex emotional challenges related to terminal illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
