The Business Development Manager, Healthcare RTLS will drive business development strategy and sales efforts as well as strategic alliances with key ecosystem providers for HID's line of RTLS solutions and products.

Identification Technologies(IDT):

IDT is creating trusted identities for IoT applications through Smart Components and Enabling Services.

HID's Identification Technologies powers the trusted identities of the world's people, places and things through smart components and cloud services. We make it possible for people and organizations to transact safely, work productively, and travel freely. Our contactless identification and sensing (RFID, NFC, and BLE) components and solution enabling technologies address the dynamic requirements across multiple industries to wirelessly connect,identify,collectand manage data quickly and accurately acrossvirtually anyIoT application.

As ourBusiness Development Manager, Healthcare RTLS, you'll support HID's successby:

  • Growing a pipeline of new business while developing new opportunities in current accounts.
  • Developing strategic relationships with customers and prospects at different levels within the organization, understanding their specific pain points and requirements, while also identifying any organizational and political roadblocks.
  • Collaborating with leadership on developing strategic plans to grow new accounts and use cases.
  • Collaborating with leadership, product management, partners, and marketing on Go To Market activities.
  • Accurately forecasting sales pipeline and close business against defined quota.
  • Supporting marketing efforts and speaking engagements at trade shows and industry events.
  • Working with the appropriate internal stakeholders and channel partners.

YourExperienceand Background include:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year College or University preferred. Candidates with equivalent education plus relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in market-based sales role which achieved or exceeded business growth targets is required
  • Experience working in a technology industry with an aptitude for understanding technical product details and specifications

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.

The base salary in the United States is $100,000 to $120,000. The OTE is up to $200,000.

This opportunity may be open to flexible working arrangements.
