Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments and provide direct therapy services.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for assigned students.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster students’ growth.
• Document student progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with staff.
• Maintain all compliance requirements and records in accordance with district and legal guidelines.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Valid state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (license must be attached with application).
• Previous school-based experience preferred; comfort working with middle and potentially elementary school students is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a flexible, evolving caseload.

Position Details:

• Expected assignment from August 11, 2026 through May 19, 2027.
• Part-time schedule: Wednesdays and Fridays, totaling approximately 15 hours per week.
• Specific school sites to be determined; likely serving both middle and elementary school populations.
• Caseload will be clarified prior to start; adaptability is important.
