Role Description The Benefits Manager is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Peridot, AZ. This role is responsible for overseeing the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement, and other employee offerings. Day‑to‑day tasks include managing benefits enrollment and changes, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and serving as a primary point of contact for employee benefits inquiries. The Benefits Manager will coordinate with vendors, review benefits data and reports, and recommend improvements to benefits plans and processes. This role also supports HR initiatives, partners with leadership on benefits‑related communications, and helps ensure a positive employee experience regarding compensation and benefits. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Benefits Administration and Benefits Management skills, with experience managing comprehensive benefits programs. Candidates should possess knowledge of U.S. Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and COBRA, including practical experience applying these regulations. Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review benefits data, identify trends, and support data‑informed decisions. Relevant skills such as familiarity with HRIS/benefits platforms, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities are beneficial. Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams, and discretion in handling confidential information are essential. A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, and prior experience in a benefits‑focused HR role are preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
