Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and medical team to ensure comprehensive mental health treatment plans for clients, assessing both onsite and offsite needs.

• Provide mental health in-service training to medical, psychiatric, and support staff to enhance overall treatment quality and awareness.
\n
• Intervene in crisis situations, using de-escalation techniques to manage mental health emergencies effectively.
\n
• Attend commitment hearings as required, prepared with background information and treatment plans to aid in decision-making processes.
\n
• Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic goals for each client, regularly assessing progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment history, ensuring compliance with confidentiality regulations.
\n
• Verify and review patients’ past mental health histories, including medication management details, aiding in continuity of care.
\n
• Prepare comprehensive reports on patient treatment outcomes and program efficacy, utilizing data to refine care strategies.

• Coordinate with nursing staff for post-release referrals, ensuring clients have access to appropriate continued care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals with complex mental health issues, substance abuse challenges, and those experiencing acute psychiatric crises. Our clinic serves a broad demographic, including adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
