About the Role Ramp is hiring an Executive Assistant to support senior leaders across our Go-To-Market Finance organization. This role sits at the intersection of a high-stakes, high-confidentiality function — deal-making and financial oversight — and requires someone with exceptional discretion, sharp judgment, and the ability to operate with minimal direction in sensitive environments. You will support Finance executive driving GTM financial planning, forecasting, and business operations. A core part of this role is active inbox management for multiple executives — triaging communications, drafting responses, flagging what needs immediate attention, and ensuring nothing of consequence gets missed. The pace is fast, the work is consequential, and the people you support move quickly. This role is based in our New York office in Chelsea. We default to being in the office at least three days a week. Please note: candidates may only apply to one Executive Assistant role at this time. What You'll Do Own calendar management across multiple Finance executives, with strong sensitivity to confidentiality and deal timing Manage inboxes for at least two executives — triaging incoming communications, drafting responses, flagging urgencies, and ensuring high-priority items receive timely attention Coordinate finance workstreams including document management, signature logistics, and matter tracking across active transactions Act as a coordination hub across Legal, Finance, GTM, and external counsel or advisors to ensure alignment and follow-through Draft, organize, and manage correspondence on behalf of executives including communications with investors and counterparties Track deadlines, deliverables, and commitments across financial planning cycles Support planning and execution of finance leadership offsites and cross-functional working sessions Manage budgets and vendor relationships on behalf of Finance leadership Identify opportunities to streamline finance administrative workflows using AI, automation, and lightweight tooling Handle sensitive business, personnel, and financial information with the highest standard of confidentiality What You Need 3+ years of experience supporting senior executives, ideally in Legal, Finance, Investment Banking, Private Equity, or another high-confidentiality environment Proven experience managing executive inboxes — you know how to triage, prioritize, draft, and keep a busy exec's communications under control Proven ability to handle sensitive financial materials with complete discretion Strong organizational instincts and attention to detail — you catch what others miss and nothing falls through the cracks Sound judgment about when to act independently and when to elevate Clear, precise written and verbal communication skills — you understand that word choice matters in legal and financial contexts High EQ and the ability to build trust quickly with executives who value reliability over personality Comfort managing multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously without losing quality Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, DocuSign or equivalent, and modern collaboration tools like Slack Demonstrated use of AI or automation to streamline administrative work and increase leverage Nice-to-Haves Experience in an investment bank or finance function Familiarity with corporate transactions, financing processes, or regulatory filings Background supporting multiple executives across different functions simultaneously Comfort with fast-changing priorities and deal-driven timelines Experience handling board materials, investor communications, or confidential personnel matters Benefits available to all full-time Ramp employees (Global) Flexible PTO Centralized home-office equipment ordering Health and wellness stipend Budget for intra-office travel Weekly coffee stipend United States 100% medical, dental & vision insurance coverage for you, with partial coverage for dependents One Medical annual membership 401(k), including employer match on contributions made while employed by Ramp Fertility HRA (up to $10,000 per year) Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay Pet insurance In-office perks: lunch, snacks, drinks, and more Relocation support to NYC or SF (as needed) Canada Group medical, dental, and vision coverage through Sun Life Life, AD&D, and disability coverage Fertility drug coverage (up to $4,000 lifetime) Group Retirement Plan with employer match (RRSP + DPSP) Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay, with additional time available at reduced pay Employee Assistance Program and virtual care through Lumino Health United Kingdom Private medical insurance through Freedom Elite Virtual GP and at-home care via eMed x Livi Workplace pension through Penfold, with salary sacrifice option Parental leave: up to 16 weeks (birthing + bonding) or 8 weeks (bonding only) at 100% pay with additional time available at reduced pay Referral Instructions If you are being referred for the role, please contact that person to apply on your behalf.
