Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical experience to conduct thorough psychosocial evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.

• Engage with patients actively, utilizing a client-centered approach to foster trust and promote open communication for effective treatment outcomes.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment, to deliver evidence-based interventions that drive positive patient change.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, ensuring a well-rounded approach to integrated healthcare.

• Track patient progress systematically through ongoing assessments, adapting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving patient needs and document clinical outcomes.

• Assist in managing psychotropic medications under the guidance of prescribing medical professionals, monitoring for adherence, side effects, and treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on individuals in a detoxification setting, many of whom may be dealing with substance use disorders combined with mental health challenges. Your expertise will be critical in providing essential support as patients navigate complex recovery processes, helping them set and achieve treatment goals that contribute to their long-term well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the State of Kansas.

• A minimum of one year of experience as an independently licensed therapist, with a focus on mental health care.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of one year is required, we prefer candidates with experience in substance use treatment or experience working in detox centers. Familiarity with integrated behavioral healthcare models and collaborative care settings will be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, reflective of experience and expertise, plus additional incentives.
