Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for pre-screened clients, utilizing techniques that best fit individual needs and paths to recovery.

• Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the client’s specific circumstances and goals.

• Monitor client progress throughout the therapeutic process, ensuring thorough documentation of sessions and treatments in adherence to organizational and regulatory guidelines.

• Engage with a supportive administrative system that manages scheduling and billing, allowing you to dedicate your energy to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with low-acuity clients, ensuring a manageable caseload that allows for deep engagement and meaningful therapeutic relationships. As you work with diverse populations across Tennessee, you will employ your expertise to address various mental health concerns, facilitating positive outcomes and empowering clients to achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active and unrestricted license in Tennessee as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• At least 2 years of experience providing direct clinical care in a mental health setting.

Good Living Therapy offers an attractive annual salary range of $100,000 – $110,000.
