Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations via telehealth to assess patients’ psychological needs, leading to tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to facilitate individual, couples, and family therapy sessions.

• Design and lead psychoeducational and support groups for patients facing common mental health challenges, fostering a sense of community and peer support.

• Work in collaboration with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to offer a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, ensuring holistic management of mental health issues.

• Provide crisis intervention and support, adeptly handling emergency mental health situations when they arise.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment choices, and available community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records in compliance with all legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve a diverse adult and adolescent client population, each with unique backgrounds and mental health needs. You will address various challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues, providing the tools and support they need to thrive.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health diagnoses and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment strategies.

• Exceptional skills in delivering therapy for individuals and groups from varied backgrounds.
