Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide psychotherapy to adult patients utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based treatment methods.

• Document sessions meticulously to track patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with peers to enhance your therapeutic approaches and discuss challenging cases.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and facilitate wrap-around services when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient demographics primarily include adults dealing with a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will utilize modern clinical practices to support these clients in their journey toward recovery and emotional well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s level degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active, unencumbered license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience providing psychotherapy with a focus on adult clients.

• Extensive knowledge of evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

• Strong written communication skills for accurate documentation and patient interaction.

• A clean professional record without any disciplinary actions from licensing boards.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy or remote counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
