This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule while maintaining a full-time commitment of over 30 hours a week or part-time commitments of over 5 hours a week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide empathetic and ethical mental health counseling through video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique circumstances.

• Facilitate the development of coping mechanisms, problem-solving skills, and effective communication strategies among clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes while adhering to regulations and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling services primarily cater to stable, low-acuity adults seeking support for mild to moderate mental health concerns. You will work with a diverse array of clients facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship issues. The aim is to empower them with the skills and tools needed for better mental health and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Current state licensure such as LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.

• Independent licensure without supervisory requirements is mandatory.

• Candidate must have a clean professional history without any disciplinary actions.

• Strong interpersonal skills, alongside proficiency in computer systems and telehealth platforms, are required for effective client communication and documentation.

• A stable internet connection is necessary for conducting virtual sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth counseling or familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) will have a competitive advantage. Previous roles involving self-management support for clients with anxiety or mood disorders are also preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
