Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for individual clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients of all ages, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy—to create personalized treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and emerging best practices.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical environment.

• Proficient in maintaining ethical practices and knowledge of legal standards within the mental health field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building rapport with a varied client base.
