Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Exceptional communication skills, enabling the formation of effective therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Adept at demonstrating empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude in all interactions.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage a diverse caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in providing teletherapy services and utilizing digital communication technologies in a therapeutic context.

• Proven history of working with trauma-informed care, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or similar modalities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
