Location: Hauppauge, NY 11788
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday Friday | 9:00 am 6:00 pm
Salary: $22.50/hr - $27.00/hr

Job Summary:
As the Administrative Assistant at Zibiz Corporation, you will handle a wide range of tasks including customer engagement, assisting with accounting functions like accounts payable and receivable, billing, and creating sales and purchase documents. Your role will also involve effective communication between team members, vendors and customers, requiring excellent communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and purchasing processes.
- Assist customers with order status, lead times, payments, returns, etc.
- Perform calculations and computations using known and standard formulas and methods (primarily using MS Excel and calculators).
- Process invoices and payments and receive shipments in ERP system.
- Efficiently manage communications, calls, and email communications.
- Write and edit documents and reports, e.g. procedures and work instructions.
- Assist with various tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Must currently live in Eastern Nassau or Western Suffolk County
- At least 1-2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, with exposure to accounting, AP, AR, bookkeeping, and billing.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred; an Associate's degree is required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially MS Excel) and general computer skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and stay self-motivated.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric attitude.

Qualifications
