Thomas Printworks is hiring a Business Development Executive focused on new business development within a defined regional territory in Miami. This role is built for a true hunter who wants to sell bundled print and marketing fulfillment solutions — not commodity print or one-off transactions. This is an in-office, field-based role. Candidates must reside in the assigned territory and work from our Miami, FL, location. What You Will Do Prospect and develop new client relationships within a defined regional territory Build, manage, and grow a qualified sales pipeline focused on value-based opportunities. Sell bundled solutions, including large format graphics, branded environments, marketing fulfillment, and ongoing print programs. Lead consultative sales conversations centered on solving business challenges — not competing on price.
